Kitchen Pantry DIY Redesign with Interior Sliding Barn Door using Container Store ELFA and IKEA

Kitchen Pantry DIY Redesign: We increased the size of our awkward “reach in” (barely) pantry where we couldn’t even reach the items on the left end of the few shallow metal shelves….to….a “walk-in” size with deeper shelves, drawers, etc…for over 2X the storage! We moved the back back by 2.5 feet by claiming some of the space in a very large guest bedroom closet — we remodeled that closet, too. We added an outlet in the pantry as well so our heavy Kitchen Aid blender can stay put and ready for use!
